By fear-based thoughts about love do you damn yourself, never to experience it
purely; so, too, do you damn yourself never to know God as He really is. Every
action taken by human beings is based in love or fear, not simply those dealing
with relationships. Decisions affecting business, industry, politics, religion, the
education of your young, the social agenda of your nations, the economic goals
of your society, choices involving war, peace, attack, defense, aggression,
submission, determinations to covet or give away, to save or share, to unite or
divide; every single free choice you ever undertake arises out of one of the only
two possible thoughts there are: a thought of love or a thought of fear. Fear is
the energy which contracts, closes down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards and
harms. Love is the energy which expands, opens up, sends out, stays, reveals,
shares and heals. Fear wraps our bodies in clothing; love allows us to stand
naked. Fear clings and clutches to all that we have; love gives all that we have
away. Fear holds close; love holds dear. Fear grabs; love lets go. Fear
agitates; love soothes. Fear attacks; love amends. Every human thought, word
or deed is based in one emotion or the other. In the sensual realm, there is no
other menu from which to choose. All human actions are motivated at their
deepest level by this system of choice we call "relativity."
There is another choice. Rom. 12:2: "Don't conform to this world (system); but
be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that
good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Yes, there is a tree from which
man can eat. It is the tree of LIFE, Christ the first-fruits, the beginning of the
creation of God. If we somehow come to understand the pure and perfect
TRUTH of God's love which is CHRIST, the personification of TRUTH in
LOVE, the CHRIST who gave his life for us, the Christ who IS love, we will live
and not die. LIFE will be our PRIME FORCE, our first thought and we will
walk in LOVE, without one trace of fear.
As ambassadors of Christ, we have been commanded to be perfect, even as our
Father which is in heaven is perfect (Mat. 5:48). Notice, God is perfect. Rom.
8:32: "He that spared not His own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall
he not with him also freely give us all things?" John 14:26: "His spirit shall teach
us all things and bring all things to our remembrance." John 16:17: "(His spirit
shall) Guide us into all truth." John 17:21: make us all one with Him. I Cor.
13:7: "Love beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things and endureth
all things." Notice that ALL things are ours in love. Eph. 1:10 says that in the
fullness of times, He would gather together in one all things in Christ. In reality
there is only one force and that is God. In fact, He will be ALL in ALL. There
is nothing left in reserve He hasn't given. Jas. 1:17, "Every good gift and every
perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with
whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." Of His own will
begat He us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of His
creatures. James 1:4, "a perfect man wants nothing."
Love is perfect. Our love can and must be made perfect. I John 4:17-18,
"Perfect love casts out fear." Love will be our first thought and LIFE will be our
Prime force.
Gal. 3:3. "Are you perfected by the flesh (human nature)? No. Ephesians
4:11-16, the five-fold ministry is for perfecting the saints. Phil. 4:13, can we do
all things through Christ?
You will not be able to deny Him who loves forever. And when you call out for
Him, we, who are His love made perfect, will appear; and in that moment will
come your reconciliation.
